Beautiful old (1820s) hotel in downtown Atlanta right across from the Fox Theatre. Huge suites with lots of amenities, including a washer/dryer, full kitchen and living room/bedroom with a very comfortable bed. If you can get a rate of less than 175/night, I'd recommend it.
A couple tips: - Using valet parking. The attached parking garage is not associated with the hotel, so you pay the hourly rate. With valet, you can do unlimited in/out for $25 a day, which makes it easier.
- The gym leaves a little to be desired. It's a got a beautiful view on the Penthouse level, but a number of the machines weren't working, which makes it cramped. Get there early and be willing to use different machines.
