If you're in the downtown area, this is a decent shopping place. There are 20 restaurants and about as many shops. Most of the restaurants are chain-y, but the view is nice as the complex is right on the water.
Decent Hampton Inn two blocks off the water (on the wrong side of the water) and within a 5 minute drive of downtown Jacksonville.
They don't have a workout facility on-site so you have to walk 2 blocks to the Wachovia office building to use their gym (free). That's really nice, if you don't like convenience.
Overall, I just don't see the value for the hotel ($160) when the Omni was a similar price.

Sitting right at the top of the Jacksonville Landing with a beautiful view of the water/bridges. However, the food doesn't measure up.
They had a ton of sushi rolls (50!), but almost 40 of them included either cream cheese or were deep fried... and in some cases, both. If you ask me, the point of eating sushi is to eat raw fish, which is healthy for you, as opposed to what you'd get here. The ginger salad was unimpressive and you could taste the store bought ginger dressing.
