CHANGE MANAGEMENT STARTUP PUSHES EMPLOYEE EMPOWERMENT, QUANTIFIABLE RESULTS

A change management company opened its doors today and is ready to start helping businesses and organizations empower their employees to produce quantifiable results.

Cultivated Logic, an Allentown, Pennsylvania-based company, plans to focus on developing a teaming process in local and national businesses. Organizational development is a growing concept in change management as more and more companies continually find the need to empower their employees in order to retain them.

"We're all very excited to be open for business," Chris Cadau, a principal consultant for Cultivated Logic, said. "We've had a lot of interest in our services prior to our official opening, so we're confident that Cultivated Logic will be a huge success in the government, education and business worlds."

Cultivated Logic is the brainchild of Cadau. Cadau was a principal that helped to install a successful change team process in Agere Systems in 1997 (formerly the Microelectronics division of Lucent Technologies). Cadau, along with the other five business partners in Cultivated Logic, molded the process to better fit a changing business environment.

"Cultivated Logic's program is unique in its simplicity," Cadau said. "We made the process flexible enough to meet the changing needs of all of our clients."

Cultivated Logic hit the ground running prior to its official launch today. They are waiting to hear from Penn State University as well as American Airlines. Cultivated Logic has already secured a contract with the Department of the Aging for April of 2002.
